Charles Lazar
Charles Lazar is the CEO and Chairman of Arel AMG Inc.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Lazar was Senior Vice President at Morgan
Stanley focusing on asset management products. Prior to his position at Morgan
Stanley, Mr. Lazar was head of Corporate Finance at Refco Securities,
where he focused on structured products for both asset management and corporate
transactions. Preceding Refco, Mr. Lazar
worked at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the institutional asset management and
investment banking departments. Mr. Lazar received a B.A.S. in Finance from
York University in Toronto, Ontario and did graduate work at Harvard University
in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
